  • For individuals, my rate is $185/55 minute session. For couples, my rate is $200/ 55 minute session or $300/85 minute session.

  • I do not accept insurance directly. However, I provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I encourage you to check with your provider about your out-of-network benefits.

  • While I value flexibility and collaborate around scheduling needs, therapy is most effective when we meet consistently. Sessions are 55 minutes and typically start off on a weekly or biweekly basis. Couples often benefit from longer sessions and have the option of 85-minute meetings.

  • Both. I work with clients in person at my office in central Austin and also offer virtual sessions for those who prefer or need that flexibility.

  • I see clients Tuesday-Friday, between 10 AM and 5 PM.

  • Yes. I always begin with a free 30-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to talk about what brings you to therapy, answer your questions, and decide together if it feels like a good fit.

  • I don’t believe there’s one right answer. It depends on your needs, comfort, and lifestyle. Each has benefits. That said, when working with couples, I do find there can be particular value in meeting in person, and that is my preferred format.
